MAGHREB PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS
ENTRY FEES AND DEADLINES
WHO MAY ENTER
MPA is open to all amateur and professional photographers worldwide. Entrants should be at least 18 years old at the date of entry.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter MPA please visit maghrebphotographyawards.com to register. Simply log onto the website and follow the online instructions to upload images from your computer. When your submission has been completed, you will get an e-mail confirmation.
FILE SIZES
Image files should be uploaded to the site as JPG with 800 pixels along the longest length (minimum 400px) and 72dpi. Please do not include watermarks, borders or signatures on your entry.
CONTEST PRIZES
Prizes are visible at the following page : Prizes
Cash prizes will be paid in USD (US Dollars) via PayPal. Any fees incurred for foreign currency transfers will be deducted from the winning amount.
JUDGING
Entries will be judged by a nominated jury. A panel of experts in photography will each review all entries and select a group of winning entries on the basis of creativity, artistic merit, subject and style. The jury process tends to last a month and takes place in three rounds.
Photogrqphers whose images are selected as award winners will be contacted later, and asked to provide a high resolution image of at least 300 dpi, sRGB, 4000px shortest side. This file will be used only to prove the work of the photographer during group exhibitions, who remains the owner of these images.
COPYRIGHTS
Copyright of the images will remain at all times with the photographer.
USAGE RIGHTS
Images will be used strictly in connection to the awards and will not be used for any other marketing purposes other than to promote Maghreb Photography Awards.
WINNERS LIST
Winners' names will be available online at maghrebphotographyawards.com on the date of announcement of the winners, mentioned in the Fee & Deadlines page

NE SURTOUT pas écrire à un membre du jury, ces derniers s'occupent uniquement des jugements des dossiers lors de différentes étapes. Ils ne pourront rien faire pour vous aider et les contacter est une erreur.
De même que contacter un de nos partenaires. Ces derniers n'ont aucun poids dans l'attribution des prix et récompenses.
Contentez-vous de suivre la procédure de contact via relance e-mail et Instagram. En temps normal et hors délai de travail sous tension nous répondons en moyenne sous 72h.
FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a limit to the number of photos that I can enter ?
Yes, you are limited to 7 photos maximum per series. If you want to submit more photos you can choose the extended serie wich extends the limit to 15 photos maximum. But you can enter an unlimited number of series or single entry.
How can I pay my entry fees and receive my reward if I am a winner ?
You can pay by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal). All payments are processed in EUR currency. If you are one of the winners of our contest, the same Paypal address that was used to pay your registration fees will be the one used by our administration service to pay you the amount corresponding to the price you will earned in dollars. Please make sure to use a Paypal account that belongs to you.
Is there a time limit on when the photograph was taken ?
There are no restrictions.
Can I enter images that I have entered in other competitions ?
Yes, images entered in other competitions are eligible.
Can I enter an image that has been published ?
Both published and unpublished work is accepted
Are digital adjustments allowed ?
Photoshop and post processing techniques are allowed, although within reason and taste.
What is considered as a series ?
A series consists of at least 5 and no more than 10 images, sharing a common theme and a single title. Series will be judged as an entire piece.
Can I enter one image into multiple categories ?
Yes, you may enter the same image into as many categories as want. Additional fee for next category is €5.
Who should I contact if I have a problem with my entry, certificate or contest result or an exhibition ?
Write to our email address : contest@maghrebphotographyawards.com.
If you haven't received a response after 48 hours, your email may have gone to spam without us being able to see it.
In this case, contact us on Instagram : @maghrebphotographyawards.
DO NOT write to a member of the jury; they only handle the judging of applications at various stages. They will be unable to help you, and contacting them is a mistake.
The same goes for contacting one of our partners. They have no influence in the awarding of prizes and awards.
Simply follow the contact procedure via email and Instagram follow-up. Under normal circumstances, and outside of busy work periods, we respond on average within 72 hours.
